This website does not use advertising trackers or a public prayer-request database. Its hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the website.

Volunteer accounts

Browsing does not require an account. Approved volunteer editors use their sign-in identity to access the editor. Email verification codes expire after 10 minutes. A secure cookie keeps a verified device signed in for up to 14 days when requested, or 8 hours otherwise. The website records editing permissions, saved versions, and an activity history so changes can be reviewed.

Church family information

The optional information form saves the details you choose to share in a private church database. Only authorized administrators can open people records. Email verification gives you access to your own record for 30 minutes; it does not give access to the volunteer editor or anyone else’s information.

Church email and text updates, and recognition of special dates, each require separate consent. Each adult must make their own choices. Share children’s details only as their parent or guardian. Consent choices and staff access are recorded. Return to the form to change your preferences, or contact the church to request correction or removal. Removing a record also removes its family details, group memberships, and consent history. The church does not publish these records as a public directory.

Contacting the church

Phone and email links connect you directly with the church. Email opens your own email application. Messages and prayer requests are not stored in this website’s content database. When enabled, the contact form sends your message to robbinsfirst@gmail.com through the church’s email delivery provider. The provider and church inbox may retain messages. Limited technical records help prevent spam.

Videos, maps, and giving

Embedded video players may receive technical information when loaded and may use their own cookies. Facebook, other video providers, Google Maps, and any connected giving provider have their own privacy policies. You may also open recordings directly on the original platform.
